For this project, we offer a fixed casual loaded rate for every shift, as well as up to $700 per swing for mobe and de-mobe. About the Role
Mine sites in the Mackay Coalfields with a variety of rosters (subject to fatigue management plan) including:
- 7 on/7 off
- 10 on/4 off
- 14 on/7 off
- 14 on/14 off
- 21 on/7 off
- 21 on/14 off
You pick the schedule that best suits your needs and we will work with you to make it happen!
- 12 hour days
- Transport, accommodation, and meals provided while away
- Excellent remuneration
Pay rates are as follows:
- Dogger/Rigger - DS $60.82 / NS $71.07 / SAT/SUN $78.69
- Int Rigger - DS $62.27 / NS $72.52 / SAT/SUN $80.14
- CN Operator - DS $63.02 / NS $73.27 / SAT/SUN $80.89
- C6 Operator - DS $65.48 / NS $75.73 / SAT/SUN $83.35
- C1 Operator - DS $67.93 / NS $78.18 / SAT/SUN $85.80
- CO Operator - DS $70.13 / NS $80.38 / SAT/SUN $88.00

Skills and Experience
- Must hold all relevant tickets/licences
- Must be able to pass a medical including drug and alcohol screening
- Demonstrated experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Standard 11 Mining Induction within 5 years
- Coal board medical within 5 years
- High Risk Work License within 5 years
- Working Safely at Heights - within 2 years
- Safety conscious and dedication to following policies and procedures
- First aid and CPR may be advantageous for some roles/mines
- Previous mine site inductions may be advantageous
