Advanced Recruitment Services are specialists in mining and construction recruitment. We have a variety of ongoing shutdown roles available in the FIFO mining industry in the Bowen Basin.

About the Role
- Mine sites in the Mackay Coalfields with a variety of rosters including 10 days on/4 days off, 4 days on/2 days off and 4 days/4 nights/4 off
- 12 hour days
- Transport, accommodation, and meals provided while away
- Excellent remuneration:
Trades = $65 per hour plus penalties
Crane operators = $60 per hour plus penalties
Doggers/Riggers/Scaffolders = $55 per hour plus penalties
Trades Assistants = $45 per hour plus penalties
Skills and experience
- Must hold all relevant tickets/licences
- Must be able to pass a medical including drug and alcohol screening
- Demonstrated experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- Standard 11 Mining Induction
- Confined Spaces, Gas Test Atmosphere and Apply Risk Management
- Working Safely at Heights
- Safety conscious and dedication to following policies and procedures
- First aid and CPR may be advantageous for some roles/mines
- Previous mine site inductions may be advantageous
