We first met Aden when he was referred to us from our sister company, Pro-Lift Training FNQ.
Aden had been working around Cairns as a labourer/trades assistant but was wanting to get paid more, have more work/life balance and a bit more job security.
When Aden called the team at Pro-Lift Training FNQ, he outlined what he was looking for and they worked with him to create a training
program that suited his availability and would help him to maximise his work opportunities.
After completing his training, Aden was put in touch with us at Advanced Recruitment Services.
Finding a job
Aden was particularly interested in the construction industry but wanted something that would give him more of a work life balance and pay good money. As we specialise in maritime, mining and construction recruitment, we have a variety of roles that come up that would be suitable for Aden.
Keen to put his new dogging and rigging skills into action, Aden chose to put his name forward for a job as a rigger on a FIFO weir construction project in South East Queensland.
