Our client is seeking a Trainer Assessor to join their amazing workforce delivering professional training services around Far North Queensland and beyond. This organisation brings a fresh approach to training and assessing that is flexible and reliable.
Location: Cairns and Far North Queensland - Relocation assistance may be applicable for the right applicant.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
Roster: Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day approx
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain competency assessments based on requirements
- Develop and maintain training packages
- Deliver training courses to meet business needs
- Ensure all training is recorded appropriately and accurately in a timely manner
- Ability to travel to different locations – 50% of work is away from home
- Reliable with excellent attendance and work ethic
Qualifications
- Accredited with WHS in QLD/NT for LF, WP, DG, RB
Experience
- Experience in civil, mining or construction industries would be advantageous - especially as machine operator
